Regarding alterations in the charge framed by the court

Hello to all distinguished members,

Question: Prosecution Evidence is over,Prosecution Arguments are over weather at this stage the alterations in the charge framed by the Court is permissible?

Further without alteration did the whole CBI case collapses because of these faulty documents?

It shall be better to trust over your lawyer in this regard. There is no scope for the alteration of charge at this stage.
