Fees for initiation of case against landlord

Hi,


I would like to know what are the case fees for initiation of a case against landlord in Malad W. It is a tenancy case. I met one loywer who has asked me to pay a lot of money for just initiating a case. WHat all the things gets covered in Case Initiation. How are the other charges based on.. Is it for per hearing or how the loywers takes fees?

Please guide.

legal fees differ from lawyer to lawyer.

for drafting and filing , generally certian fees are taken . then date wise .
