Respected seniors,
Whether complaint U/s 138 of NIA can be amended .
i want to amend the array of parties , i want to add 'proprietor' word before the name of accused. whether i can file amendment application before court for amendment.

Yes, it can be amended if the amendment is for removing defect in description of parties.
Do not ask for amendment to add more facts.

actually i have filed the application but court has asked me to show law. Is there any law .

Let it be.
In Evidence Affidavit, you mention the word Proprietor.
That will serve your purpose.
No need to be perfect in Complaint only.

See if any diff in notice address and Complain title..

It should no be misleading or different .
