COULD KINDLY CLARIFY AS TO WHAT IS THE IMPACT OF FILING OF CHALLAN/ CS BY AN IO ON THE SUPERANNUATION BENEFITS OF A GOVT EMPLOY.

Govt servant retiring as accused in criminal case is entitled to ad-hoc pension, PF and Gp Insurance. All other benefits like gratuity, leave encashment, commutation of pension will be withheld.
