dear sir
i am propritor...came into agreement with a partership firm . i signed agreement on 17.5.2012 .and when i read it mentions that agreement will came in force from 1.4.2012,,,,is it valid to cover past transactions in agreement

On front it appears 17.5.2012 but on 3 rd page it is written tht.... agreement enforced from 1.4.2013....

Word used in agreemnt is...this agreement is made and entered into new delhi on 17.5.12 by and between ................and on 2 nd page .... this agreement shall supersede all other agreements wheather written or other and shall become effective from 1.4.2012 and it will be effective for an intiail term for one year .......
My query is that .is it possible to cover back date transaction .......

It is not possible to cover past transaction. BUt since you have signed, it is valid now.
