Hi,

I'm staying in a rented flat with an normal agreement.

The owner of the flat visits frequently and enter house without taking/asking prior permission. He is not coming to inspect the flat, but he brings some other persons and shows the house.

Please advise

he has to give you prior intimation that he wants to take inspection of the flat . read provisions of your agreement . there must be clause to that effect . ask him to please call in advance or he may find a locked door if you are not at home

The owner has every right to visit his house provided his visits does not cause you any inconvenience or breach of your privacy.
If he does thsee things then you can file suit for injunction.
