How can my father vacate my brother in his self earned house.

Sir, my father(age 64), purchased a land in the year 1997 and built a house out of his own earnings in it in 2000. My elder brother was residing in it since 2005, now my father claim rent for that house from my brother, but my brother refuse to give rent and he refuse to vacate the house. A) how can my father vacate my brother from his house. B) what can my father should do to vacate my brother from that house, whether to file a complaint in local police station or file a suit in court, which wil b better decision. C) in which act my father can take action against my brother?

technically he can file civil suit and get the house vacated.

Practically there is no way. You father can just enrich lawyers.
