Notary sent from abroad will be only name of the to whom power of attorney is issued - How to prove the person here in the court if insisted upon. or What are the procedure for executing a Notary or GPA to a person in India by a NRI from USA. Thanks in advance for the response to be received. In particular reference to Hyderabad India Courts.

prepare power of attorney have the NRI attest it before indian consulate .

Powers of Attorney given abroad have to be authenticated by an Indian Consulate official. It should be stamped or adjudicated, within three months after receipt in India
