Perjury

(Querist) 21 June 2013 This query is : Resolved 
A civil court has taken into consideration the false accusations of the respondents, who never submitted any documentary evidences to substantiate their charge of forgery or fraud but the Court order mentions that fraud was committed.How to take up the issue. Can the respondents be booked for perjury.
