Some practical questions on crpc still unanswered

(Querist) 20 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
There r 2 questions would like to get answers from some best criminal lawyers. 1. U/s 173(8) of crpr police can further investigate.suppose after informing court it further investigated the matter but lastly it found nothing new and supported previously filed chargesheet.now does police require to file same chargesheet again by writing it on new paper or just it needs to submit its case diaries only and saying that wesupport lat filed cchargesheet.2. Another problem is related with one crime and 2 cases r registered.supoose x commits a crime in city a and its a continuing offence and ends in city b.now somehow w cases r registered for the same offence in city a and city b.police doesnot know this and even mr x also doesnot know.now city a police files chargesheet against mr x in court and then city b police comes into picture and tries to arrest mr x.mr x claims I have already been arrested and chargeshheted in city a. But city b police says that ok but we r better investigator and we have traced whole ofur gang and apart from u there were 5 more persons in this case and they r in jail now and chchargesheeted.u r the only one who is left.now what is the option before mr x or say city b police.

Mr. Upendra,

Nobody would like to reply on a hypothetical query of academic nature. Better post your real problem on which you want some solution, so that some criminal lawyers with a good experience on such type of cases may respond to your query.

I wish, you should not treat the members as if sitting in a classroom to answer the question of a class teacher or in some examination hall to answer term end hypthetical test questions and on receipt of no response the class teacher or the examiner passes some satirical remarks like, "no body is able to solve it," like you have done.

1. It requires to file only its further investigation conclusion and nothing more is required to be done in the given facts.

2. Both cases shall prevail.
