sir,
we are 3 sisters &1 brother,1 nephew,my father left 4 properties but my nephew without informing any body prepare a will in his own name signing by two gauranter &they are our kiraedar is tht will is valid my mother was illitrate & she knows only sign &on that will her signature is with thumb is that will is valid or not my nephew prepare a will of all property in his own name what can we do

when did your father die ? has probate been obtained of the will ? where is property situated ? does will contain your father signature and has it been attested by 2 witn esses?

File a suit for partition and possession and let your nephew bring original will on file of the court and then do challenge it on all possible grounds.
