yes. Though the endorsement has not been made with the acceptance of the drawer but it doesn't exonerate him to get the cheque bounced because endorsement is legally permissible and in case cheque is bounced deposited by endorsee in his bank even then the drawer is liable under the provisions of section 138 NI Act.riven
