Pls. advise, if , I, want to make registration of relinquishment deed, then what will be the registration charges and in which stamp paper (cost of stamp paper) I have to make this format.

it depends upon the valuation in the deed, you can inquire for the same in registrar's office

Sethi has told only minimum stamp duty, You need t get information from the office of the registrar about the exact stamp duty liable to be affixed in your case.
