Accused is UTP and punishable u/s 302,120(B),201,365,34 of IPC in sessions court , court can grant bail ? if Yes on what ground and any case law is there? pl rly as early as possible.

In murder cases bail for FIR named accused person is hardly granted.

sessions court can grant bail as a matter of jurisdiction but IT SHALL NOT GRANT IN CASE TOLD.

It depends upon case to case and judge to judge to decide. There is no hard and fast rule in this regard.
