Appointment of support functions i.e. hr, it, finance

Hi everyone I just wanted to know that is this true that as per Bar Council of India Law firms are not supposed to hire Support functions i.e. HR, IT, Finance professionals on roll.

As my current employer told me that they can hire only advocates/lawyers on their roll. HR, IT, Finance people are hired on the roll of sister company. Is this true ??? Kindly give your views.

normally law firms will not recruit support functions even though when recruited they will be on the roles as your said in another company name

It depends upon the management of the institute otherwise there is no such law as told to you.
