My question which is linked to my previous question on Divorce Case Alimony is:

What is the criteria by which the High Court judge decides not to publish the judgement in the journal?Is it default to publish rather than not publish?

Thank you very much sir...If the girl`s lawyer says she will be embarrassed if the judgement is published,will the judge listen to that or is it not certain?
