(Querist) 23 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
A person aged about 84 years wants to give GPA to sell a plot of land about 5000 sq.ft. at Kolkata
Can he do so?
Is GPA must be registered?
Can the GPA holher execute convayance for the same as he can not be able to move.

yes GPA has to be registered . holder can sell the property on basis of said POA and execute conveyance deed
