If the respondent file the reply which is not supported by affidavit whether such objection can be raised in subsequent proceedings

verification clause is mandatory for affirming reply . the associate will not accept any reply which does not contain any verifcation clause . such reply wont be taken on record

Such written statement can be got non-maintainable in case the same is not supported with the affidavit as per latest amendment in CPC.
