i have 20 guntas of land in which 25 % is mine how could we clarify which side is mine, & i want it to be done with the law, it should be seen in land map papers is it possiable....

there is two procedure first settle the matter with another share holder
secondly filed a civil suit for partition before civil court and get your share as per court order.

Until you get the partition of the land, everyone of the joint holders of the land has possession on every inch of joint land so get partition for special sides.
