hi experts plz tell me the solution
we have 2 houses 1 house in which i alone lives is in village and near to which my uncle lives. my uncle always teases me.i am ca final student he is illiterate he has passed 3rd standard and he is disturbing me teasing me and i know definitely dispute will happen bcoz i cant bear him more i want to avoid dispute with him so wat action i can take shuld i go to police station.or do u have any other solution.

It shall be better to resolve the matter at family or relative level as police has also no solution for taking action against teasing.
If situation worsens, only then make police complaint.

at family level it cant be solved due to internal politics and dependence i have left my first house and now living in second house whr uncle coming again and again to my house and disturbing me shuld i inform to my uncle tat what action i can take or it is subjective...

talk to your aunt that you need to concentrate on your studies as you are giving CA final year exams . involve uncle friends if any . going to cops will aggravate the situatiion

if your uncle disturbs and creates hindrence in your private life then obtain stay order from civil court against him.

aunt telling to uncle but uncle not listening uncle only knows to go in pan shop and sit over there and do things like this with others

Every one has got a constitutional right to live a dignified life as per his whims and wishes within the rules and regulations of State wherein your uncle is snatching such right from you by teasing and interfering in your privacy.
Engage a lawyer and lawyers are competent enough to prepare the case as per wishes of their clients.

If your uncle even dont listen to your aunt then have no other option to file civil suit and police complaint.

Stay order is a court order which shall bind your uncle not to do what ever you feel objection and even if entangle all those activities, he can also be sent to jail.

personally I am not known to any lawyer there but you can search either on google on the data base of this site.
It shall be better to enquire personally by going to court campus and engage a lawyer otherwise nothing can be opined about personal behaviour about the lawyer appearing online.
