My wife ready to file the some complaint against her parents but local PS deny to register so I prepare this complaint from my side, my wife will be verify the same or signature on same.
Please guide me what are the correction needed in complaint. Do I need to give this complaint in PS to save our self? Or what I need to do avoid the unnecessary interference. Will the same case conceder in family law As well as criminal case?
Please give guide me to save to our self is there an other way for same.

Subject: - Complaints against Naresh, Mahender, Rajender, Raju and Sukhbir for using abusing language, mantel harassment and threat to kill.
Sir/Madam,
I want to inform you as mention below: -
1. As per the Hindu marriage act I did the marriage according the Hindu Customs in appearance of society on 22nd February 2011 with Miss. Neetu D/O Mr. Naresh reside at Shahadra New Delhi.
2. After the marriage Mrs. Neetu brought to matrimonial home and also welcomed warmly. We did not give the any kind of trouble or harassment for any kind of goods (dowry) from their ends. We are living happily together and now we are having a baby.
3. In the preliminary of our married life, she wasn’t lived properly, misbehaved and also disobedience, disloyalty, disrespect; non cooperation as well as many times she gave the threat to meet with suicide and will cut her hand. Later on when I discussed with her about our married life said that we need to live entire life together then she told me that she got married under the pressure of her parents and she was not ready for marriage that time. But after the entire things she ready to live with me as husband & wife also her behavior has been changed & lived properly.
4. On 14th April 2011 around 10:00 pm to 10:30 pm her father came to my home. She retuned at her parental home with him. After some time her parents pressured her to file the bogus cases against us therefore she launched a bogus complaint in CAW cell Nand Nagari & two false cases in karkardooma court. I have amicably resolved all disputes with her parents then she come to matrimonial home & took back her complaint on 6th September 2011 from CAW cell as well as withdrawal the cases on 12th January 2012 from karkardooma Court.
5. Her father making the calls on daily basis and personally giving the threat to me and my family, he will take back his daughter forever but Mrs. Neetu doesn’t want to go back at parental home because when last time she went at her parental home, they pressured to file the bogus cases. She doesn’t want repeat the same things in future.
6. On 26th February 2012 around 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm Mr. Naresh (Neetu’s father) came to my residence for take back his daughter when my wife (Neetu) denied, he start to give many kind of greed to her. He told her,” I found the one rich boy (family) I will do your marriage with him. If you live here so your life will be destroy. I will not let you leave here” after all these things. She denied and informed that she is pregnant from some time then Mr. Naresh started to fight with us also used the abusing language in front of his daughter and warned us, he will be file any fake case to suspend my father.
7. On 18th August 2012 (Saturday) around 11:00 o’clock at night Mr. Naresh & his wife came to Chhawala police station and launched a complaint for DV in against me & my father. On the next day my wife gave the statement that she was not beaten by us, we were living happily & caring her properly there was no dispute with us. That complaint was bogus, On behalf of that statement the Station House Officer denied to register the case & put the weight for compromise, also we did the same. For these entire things my wife was suffered through mantel harassment and her Blood pressure was unbalanced and HTN problem during the 8 months pregnancy due to same I need to take her in the hospital under the emergency on 19th August 2012 at night.
8. On 22nd September 2012 when my father went to Mr. Sukhbir’s house (Maternal Uncle of Neetu) for inviting for Maa Bhagwati Jagran & Kua Pujan in occasion of newly born baby (My Son). Mr. Sukhbir is also mediator of the same marriage, when my father discussed with him about matrimonial issues then he said that they haven’t sold their daughter and used the abusive language also threat to kill me and my father and for this if required he will sell his property. The same kind of words was repeated by Mr. Naresh & Mahindra also.
9. Time to time Mr. Naresh is making the calls on my father’s mobile no. to take back his daughter back forever but my wife doesn’t want to talk with him because they are trying to take her back forcefully, emotionally blackmailing & by greed. Recently on 4th October 2012 Mr. Rajender (Her tau) & his Son (Raju) used the worst abusing words to me, via conference line my wife heard everything after this incidence my wife called with her father to intimate about same incidence then her father said, “they will not take care of you properly if you live there your life become hell. there is no benefit to live there, any how I will take back you at home” when she understands him then her father shout on her and told that you will be speak in front of me, you are junior & behave as a junior I know what is right.
10. As per my knowledge this kind of incidence is not happening first time The fake cases already filed by her aunty (Bua) and her aunty was took the divorce twice as well as her elder sister has filed the same kind of bogus case on her husband.
11. My father is suffering form high Blood pressure and hypertension if these kinds of incidence will be repeated in future probably some health problem can be create with my father. “For God shake this type of situation will not come” but if it’s happen with him then all above mention persons would be responsible for the same because they are harassing us.
It’s my humble request to you please take the action on above mention complaint against to Mr. Naresh, Mahender, Rajender, Raju and Sukhbir. Kindly take necessary steps to protect our life & wealth.
On the other side I have the suspect if my wife returns at her parental home they can take her under pressure & they can be demolish her fundamental rights. The in law’s family can do the some inhuman incidence with my newly born son, who was born on 12th September 2012 or my in law’s family or relatives can do rule on herself behalf of wellness condition on her baby.

if you do not know proper English write in hindi but complaint should be clear so that it is not misrepresented in cross-examination.

Either your wife or you can lodge complaint with police.
If police refuses to take action then go to the Magistrate and apply for its direction for necessary investoigation.

please give me the proper suggestions, neglect the side ones, or do i need to give the intimation to the PS Because i don't want to pursue the case in court.
I have added the Verification oath due to because i want to verify the all things by my wife in the future, she will be a witness for all this.

it is better your wife lodges complaint aginst her parents . it shows that she is being pressurised by her parents to leave you and marry another man although they know that she is having a child . in addtion she should state that her parents are thretening to kill you . complaint should be brief and to point .
