Probate of will

(Querist) 21 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Sir,I reside in Noida Uttar Pradesh. I want to know that in order to get the ownership of parental house transfered to ones name : Is it necessary to get a probate of registered will. And if yes what is the expenditure and procedure. The property is located in Noida. the will is registered and it clearly names one of the two children as sole beneficiary. Thanking you in advance.
