sir, i want to know if someone used word police on two wheeler vehicle,but in actual not police,may be distance relative is police what is rule

It is left to the police dept., to take action against such unauthorised user.

even policemen cannot use this word on private vehicles. if a complintis given police wil take action. RTI canbe mae to police to ask if particular vehicle No is official or not.

yes. even police also can not use "police" words for their own vehicles.

but if any one in police department mean his brother to brother's wife's brother's wife's uncle's son in law also will use it.

It is obviously illegal to write "POLICE" on private vehicles. We frequently see cars, SUVs, bikes, mopeds, etc. with stickers of 'advocate's emblem' affixed on it, whereas any advocates are not owners of such vehicles. We know in India anything is possible without any scrutiny.
