Within how many days one needs to tender a resignation withdrawal letter.

i would like to know as to within how many days should a withdrawal letter of resignation be given as i had submitted my resignation in june 2010,and no letter of acceptance of resignation was sent to me.

Your question is incomplete without making a mention of whether you are still wotking in the organisation, when relieved if not working, remained absent after expiry of notice period, etc.

In case u are working after resignation, it no matter u are perusing your resignation.In case you are not attending your duty and nothing happens from management side after passing reasonable time, it means your resignation stand accepted
