Psychological and emotional harassment at workplace

In continuation to my previous mail, I am explaining the whole incident to you.
My office lunch break timing is 1p.m. to 1.30p.m. On 18-04-2012, after lunch break I went to washroom and came back at 1.40. When I entered in my office Director was shouting on peons and when he saw me he targetted me just for 10 minutes very loudly and insulted me in front of all staff members. I got check my BP and it was high. After that I got disturbed and wrote a complaint regarding this harassment to the President, and vice presidents of Governing Council, Admn. & Accts Officer after that incident. But inspite of taking any action, he issued me a letter to start Disciplinary action against me on this incident. Now I have to reply those baseless allegations till 18-05-2012.2.
I have filed a petion online after getting negative report of the committe constituted for implementation of Child Care Leave at our Insitute to the Ministry of woman & child complaining that our institute is not interested to implement Child Care Leave. Director had mentioned this act as my misconduct in the letter of disciplinary action against me. Is the fight for my right is the misconduct.
Pls guide me.

Poonamji,
Does he target you only intentionally or other's too? Before officially writing to the higher officials,you should have represented the matter with them in person,which would have had a different kind of impact.You should have atleast consulted some trusted colleagues before complaining.Now that you have to reply to the letter,mention the actual happennings,without directly or openly targetting the Director,which may have even more adverse impact.

And rightly asked, does he target you only or he behaves in the same manner with others too.

sir,
He used to shouted on other staff members also especially class 4 and on some very senior persons.
Actually, what I feel that due to petion filed by me regarding implementation of Child care leave, he was very unhappy with me. This might be reflection of that.
He was of sick mentality who feels pleasure to torture people.

Reply the letter issued to you strongly and
specifically deny all the allegations levelled against you otherwise you will be in great trouble.

it would be better if all aggrived staff members make jont representation .
