1. Title Deed

2. NE Certificate

3. NOC from all concerned departments/society etc.

4. Search Report of a competent lawyer

A present buyer is required in law and is expected to satisfy him self that title he is going to buy is marketable and free of all charges and burdens and there is no dispute over the same.

Thus a search is made with object to ascertain the origin of title and its' pass on till date.30years record of registration
and revenue records if any all is searched.

For all this help of a property lawyer is must.
