Every thing is possible in the world. Probably these are non bailable warrant. First u must appear before court and get bail and then contest this case.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 03 May 2012
There is no question of issuing non-bailable warrants to appear in a civil suit for recovery. It seems either you or your uncle have no definite knowlege about the pending case. Warrant of arrest cannot be issued in a civil suit for the presence of the defendant. The case may be decided ex-parte but no warrant to secure presence of the defendant is required.

it shall be better for you to attend the case and put your version there instead of fleeing.

Dear Sashi
No need to worry, there is no procedure for issue a warrant of Arrest in civil suit. first of all go and inquire in the court that there is any case pending or not against you.
feel free to call

Dear SAshi,

You are ready to pay the money, which you don't have now.NBW is out of question, your uncle has mislead you, being working in a court. What is that different case. How many promissory notes have you given?First enquire about the status of the case, contact a good lawyer and contest.Goodluck.

It cannot be.
ur Pro note is time barred, + you had not completed your study. Pro notes cannot be conditional.
u r misguided.
no warrant or NBW in civil suits.
