sir, Iam a house wife. In 2011 my husband struck in an accident. The chargesheet is totally against him. But the date of the accident was wrong. the complainant complained the wrong date in the complaint. Even the police filed the same date. My husband was in touch with the police but they wrote in charge sheet is they investigated and catched my husband. How can we proceed please help me.

contact a local lawyer . if date of accident is wrongly mentioned and your husband is able to show that on said date he was not in area wherein accident happened it would help your case . you need staement of witneess of your presence in another locality on said date .

with the help of local lawyer you collect all evidence that your availability is empty during the accident was happened date. IS any news published in the daily related to the concern accident.

Thank you very much sir for your quick reply. we are collecting 108 evidence and hospital report. But the judge is not giving time between trials. she is giving just 4,5 days gap only. Is there any thing to worry. Actually my husband drives slowly. All my family members say his driving is very smooth. Our bad luck he hit our bike and died. Please reply me is there any thing serious. we are middle class people. we have not yet faced such situation. I am so worried.

I want to know whether the date of accident mentioned in the police report and the date and time of accident written the medical report as well as the report of the M V I are same or not. If your answer is no, you have a good defence.

Thank you sir. Since two days the peshi is not taking place. Because in the court, they can't find the file. I don't know how it happens. our lawyer saying "can not find the file". Is there any risk to us. we are confused. please advice.
