Dear Sir,

We have two shops one in my name another in my brother's wife name can we make an agreement to sale in single stamp paper as the purchaser is same of both shop.Actually we are only making an agreement that purchaser will make balance payment in 15 days and we will execute sale deed ,we have recd.rs.2 Lakh.,Please suggest can we make agreement to sale of both properties on single stamp paper

Two separate agreement is required as their are two distinct owners of two distinct properties.
