(Querist) 26 March 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Is there any thing wrong in buying & selling a property in a city. Since my uncle does it on his name without mentioning any PAN number nor he posseses any PAN.
Is the capital gain is not attracting any income tax?
if yes to whom can be reported?

Kind help as 498a victims are suffering since last 10 years.

Your query is not clear.your uncle's business is his headache,why do you bother about and what does your last define about 498 A victims.No relation and confusing.
