I want to ask what is the specific provision or Rule if a person files wrong power of Attorney in the Indian court of law.

if person files false power of attorney it means he ahs no authority to act on behalf of tyhe principal .

yes, he/she has no power to fight the case, as a plaintiff or as a defendant as case may be

Dear Mr.Swapnil,

If it is proved that it is a false power of attorney, then he can be procesuted u/s 340 crpc.
