What are the documents needs to be checked while purchasing the GYM, CLUB/RESTAURANT. Let me know about their registration process as well.

if you are purchasing the entire property then certainly find out Whether the property is clear of all liabilities.

find out whether the documents are genuine or not.

license and permission from municipal and other authorities must be checked.

Chain of title, non encumbrance certificate, all the due permissions are to be taken into consideration before purchasing such properties.
