Dear sir kindly tell me how can i transfer my grandfathers property on my name my father is expired tell me the procedure.

You have to acquire a succession certificate by filing a suit to that effect.

Without telling the entire facts, no concrete way can be told to you. We dont know the legal heirs of your grand father so how can we tell you the way to get the entire properties of your grand-father be transferred in your name.

Your grand0fahter and father might be no more but what is the situation about all other legal heirs of your grand-father like your uncle, aunt, mother, brother, sister, cousin and so on.
