Sirs,
I have seen some questions/answers which are interesting.I want to know legal possibility of :-
If Iam beneficiary as well as executor of my late father's registered will in Delhi but my title devolves only after my mother who is 1st executor and beneficiary but is bedridden and not able/or not wanting to probate at all, then a)can i during her lifetime seek probate of will and b)under which section and c)is there any judgment in support.

Depends on the contents of the Will. If U R a joint beneficiary along with your mother, U can file probate proceedings now.

The form in which the grant of Probate is to be made will be found in Schedule VI of Indian Succession Act.
