I wanna track the status of a case which is pending in the motor accident claim tribunal (jaipur city) since last 13-14 years of which I have certain case details like: case number and name of petitioner and respondent.Please guide me with the appropriate procedure/method for doing so.Thanks in advance.

You should personally visit the MACT Jaipur city and should enquire about this case from Civil Ahlamad.

It is unbelievable that such case is pending since 13-14 years. Generally such cases all over India are disposed off within 2-3 years.

Easy way is engaging a Local advocate practicing in MACT, and he will be able to do quickly.
I you are party to this, Apply in court, take on board, or inspect Kamgiri of case, show how urgent the matter is, and who all suffer if delay??
