Can anyone give me some pointers or some judgements in this regard?

Dear Experts,

I am not able to recall exactly but I remember reading something like "any law that cannot be implemented in an unbiased and equal manner can be revoked/repealed" or something similar of that nature. Can anyone give me some pointers or some judgements in this regard?

What is your necessasity or rather interest to know the querists? Moreovever anonymity is not a question of necessasity but a matter of right, that too a fundamental right. Thank you for showing your attitude. But keep it with you. Cos i have more than you. You don't misuse the anonymous option. Its for laymans who may face any problem, or shame while post their query with their identification. But not to any advocates who want to clear their doubts with hesitation to show their face. Just mind it.

If i see any query posted by advocates with anonymous option mean i will stop my senior members from answer them. My lovable senior members knew that who is tom, and whats my intension. We are advocates. No one know everything. We may ask our doubts openly, we may share our knowledge. Thats it. Mind it..
