The main feature of the section revolves around dishonesty. If you can disprove the allegation of dishonest attempt to tap, make any connection with lines, cables, or service wires, etc., you can save yourself or your client from the allegation.

sir
at the time of raid vigilance team wanted a bribe of 1 lac within 24hrs which i was unable to provide, but to be safeside my friend asked me to vacate the shop emmidiately, which i did without anyone knowing it..
there after the team filed an fir under section 154 regarding electricity act section 135
since they "the owner (mahant at the temple)" didnt had my address, they filed the fir in the wrong name and address..
now after about six months i came to know that through my phone number and other loose links the police has changed the mukha abhyukt to my name & address.
they have also procured bayans of the mahant and the dalal who got me that shop... saying the factory was goin on but they had no clue that i have no legal connection ...... other than this they only have sealed a 16 meter cable.... and a elecric meter of somebody i even dont knw....
but on the contrary when i approched for a leagal rent recipt to get a electricity connection they advised me not to bother and carry on... or else leave the premises!!
now the majistrate has given" adesh 82 CRP S.Jen E.C Act "
which they want me to accept....
Please advise how to proceed forward
because I dont have much of a money to get rid of this nonsense!!
