Good Evening learned Members.
Thanks for the reply, since the defendant had filed the objection/WS and there are unnecessary topics mentioned, as mentioned by the learned members, i can file a reply to that objection/ WS.
Now my query is under which order of CPC can i file this replica {reply} before the honorable court. can i file in this next hearing. wht is the procedure.. copy of this reply must be given to the defendant also?? so the justified issued may be stated by the honorable court in this suit.

Yes you can file rejoinder/replica u/order 8 rule 9 of C.P.C with the permission of court if defendant has taken new pleas/facts in written statement.rejoinder may be filed before settlement of issues.
