Can you please provide some samples of counters for DVC affidavit Or Link which will be helpful to fight against false DVC cases

There is no prforma for this purpose as facts of each and ever case remain different which have to be put systematically before the concerned court as parawise reply to the application filed under section 12 of DV Act is to be given and at last it is pleaded to dismiss the application with cost in the interest of justice.

If you are a lawyer, you might be having knowledge of drafting and if not then it is better to engage a lawyer for this purpose.
