accused applied bail in session court only benificiaryis giving undertaking that he will remit part amt and make full payment within 3 months court postponed the bail hearing to next week as it issued notice to the complainat for appearing in court for settlement if he fail to attend or he does not comprmise then can benificiary and main accused can get bail by depositing the part amt in court main accused also completed 1 month in jc pl clarify how many days will get in hearing

yes he can get bail if he deposits part amount in court . as to the period it takes for the hearing to be completed, on the next date of hearing you comply with undertaking given in court , the court may in such a case grant you bail .

Bail is the discretionary power of court and in the given caset, court is of the opinion to hear complainant prior to passing any order on the pending bail application qua the offer of payment made by you. No comment can be passed whether court shall grant bail or not if complainant do not appear on the next date of hearing.
