THOUGH YOUR QUERY IS NOT CLEAR WHAT I UNDERSTAND IS THAT THE PROPERTY IS NOT ANCESTRAL, AS IT IS PURCHASED BY FATHER AND MOTHER, IT IS FOR THEM TO DECIDE TO WHOM THE PROPERTY SHOULD BE GIVEN

aND NOT THE GRAND MOTHER

1) you have to state facts in chronological order
2) when wasfirst will made ?
3) what were the contents of the will

4) when was second will made
5) the contents of second will

6) nature of your query

in the absence of these details we often find it impossible to undertsand the query

It is settled law that 'Last will'

YOU are NOT clear your self that what do you want to know???

If property is owned by father and mother who is grand mother to testate any will????

If two VALID LAWFUL WILL ARE IN DISPUTE TESTATED BY SAME PERSON THEN LAST ONE LATEST IN DATE PREVAILS AS PER LAW.

IF THERE ARE 3SONS AND TWO DAUGHTERS THEN BOTH IN MOTHER AS WELL AS IN FATHER PROPERTY EACH ONE OF THEM WILL GET 1/5 PROVIDED PARTIES ARE HINDU.

Your query is not clear. Even if there is new will mean, earlier will automatically cancelled by recent will. And how your grandmother can arrange a will for the property which is purchased by your parents.?
