(Querist) 27 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
dear sir,

my father was died in a road accident, he was a clerk in MP govt (MP state civil supplies corp). after his death i applied for compensatory appointment for my elder sister, i didnt applied bkoz i m a student of CA. its been more than 2 years my sister havnt got the appointment there.

we belong to SC (schedule cast) category, officers of the department are saying k there is no post vacant for the SC class. they will inform me when ever there will be a vacant post. but they hav appointed ST class persons..

my problem is now my sister cant get married bkoz after marriage she will not be eligible for the job..so i have postponed her marriage for last 2 years but now i cant hold that too long..

and i dont wnt to apply for that post..

so wht can i do now???

MP govt has issued a circular k by the end of june 2012 they will appoint all the pending cases of compensatory appointment either in the same department or contracted teachers..

but i havnt got any such notices..

plz guide me wht options are there for me..

In the state of Andhra Pradesh, compassionate appointment shall be provided irrespective of availability of Roster Point. Find out such a facility is available in the compassionate appointment rules of Madhya Pradesh.

If the govt announces a scheme which is applicable to you, you need not wait for the notice. You can approach the concerned officer and get benefited.

is there any service book available in market so that i can understand points for compensatroy appointment rules..??
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 28 August 2011
The compassionate appointments are done to support the family of the deceased. There is a reservation against the general appointment.

Your sister can not get compassionate appointment after marriage.

You may go through the url for more information on the compassionate appointments in MP.

Please follow advice of Advocate Arunagiri and apply accordingly. You cannot find anything about roaster in any service book. It is a welfare policy of the Government of India and States to provide compassionate (NOT a compensation) appointment to the next of eligible kin of a deceased Government servant. where there is no other earning member to support the family members of the deceased Government servant, but is subject to the condition that there is a clear vacancy available in the post the candidate is eligible for.

About comassionate appointment there is no bar about the vacancy to be available only in the category. However total of the unreserved and reserved appointments should not be disproportionate within the year of recruitment. If appointed, the member recruited so can be adjusted against any reserved post or the future vacancy to arise in the category.

apply in respective department, follow the same regularly.
You may get temporary job, thereafter its you to manage.

Now a days every state and central govt is having the same procedure to appoint temporary employees, hence it may work.

if i will get job on temeperory basis, and gets my sis marriage, will she get permanent job later in future??

i mean after her marriage will she eligible to get permanent job in future when ever it will be if she get temperory now??
Guest (Expert) 04 September 2011
Dear Raj,

Only one eligible dependent of the deceased can get apppointment on compassionate ground. Initially every appointment is made on temporary basis and the employee is made permanent on his turn, as in seniority with other employees, against the available permanent vacancies.

good addenda , useful one
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 04 September 2011
You are repeatedly asking the same question. It is already replied that your sister can not get a job after her marriage.
raj (Querist) 07 September 2011

i would like to make correction in my question..

my question was k ...

if i (means my sis) will get job on temeperory basis before marriage, will she get permanent job later after her marriage future??

means if i try to get her job on contract basis and then i get her married so will she eligible to get permanent job after her marriage whenever there will be a permanent job???
raj (Querist) 07 September 2011
means there will a vacancy??
Guest (Expert) 07 September 2011
I feel you don't try to understand advice of any expert and just repeating your question time and again.

Any new entrant in any setrvice is provided job only in a temporary position and is made permanent only on his turn when becomes due, BUT NOT before his seniors, who are already in service.

After marriage, your sister will not have any claim to the job on account of his father's death, as she cannot be considered to support the family of your deceased father.
