Dear sir,

I would like to know that how much significance does the e-mails nd messages containing threats and blackmailing by the wife to husband hold in a divorce nd 498a case?

thanks a lot. I have also sent her mails for reconciliation with a lot of affectionate words when she was not ready to come back and she says to the judge that I ahve never approached her for a reconcillation. is it in my favor??

yes . obtain a printout of these emails and enclose the same in your affidavit
