Respected expert, My wife had lodged a FIR against me and my mother in the first week of August. I and our family are residing in another state then: 1) How to get anticipatory bail from their native state. Advocates are telling that its a difficult work to get and I have to spent Rs. 2 lakh for this AB. whether We have to go there to get AB also. My old-age mother is heart patient and she cant walk.
2) Is it possible to get AB from my residing state? Here lawyers are telling that they need copy of FIR.
3)How they can arrest me in another state without taking permission from my residing state police? what they will do? pls guide me urgently..

2 lakhs is exhorbitant . where are you located ? engage a local advocate . you need a copy of FIR to know the allegations levied against you and your family members

certainly this fee is on higher side...
the residing state wont be able to extend the concession of AB to you, at the max. the court may oblige by granting transit bail, but the chances are almost nil.
will be better to seek bail from the native court and AB is not a matter of right, all depends upon the facts and circumstances of the case.

you already spent the amount pressure you lawyer to get the thing done without any extra cost. the police can arrest any person at any state. No permission is required. only intimation will be given after arrest to local station. engage a good lawyer of your circle.
