For criminal case file section 483 application in High Court. For civil and other cases file writ u/s 227.

In local Districts. some courts have been designated as fast track courts and cases of some criminal side are sent to it by Sessions Judge but all those are traible by Sessions Judge so there is no scope with any litigant to chose the way as desired.

You have to approach your high court for speedy disposal.. If its civil matter mean have to file a c.r.p. There court will frame time to dispose the subject matter. Usuall order will be as with in three months.. If criminal case mean have to file a crl.o.p there will be as early as possible..
