RESPECTED SIR, I WANT THE REJECTION ORDER 9 RULE 7 CPC.PLEASE SAY WHICH IS THE CONDICTION OF REJECTION OF ORDER 9 RULE 7 AND HOW MANY COAST OF ACCEPT ORDER 9 RULE 7.IF IT HAVEANY CASE STUDY OR RULING THEN SEND ME.

Normally application u/o 9 r 7 will be allowed by the court. If it is rejected then other side will approach the high court. It is time killing.

Yes. Rejection of order 9. Rule 7 petition is highly blinded. Don't know what petition was rejected by the court. Like expert's opinion really its wasting of precious time.

if there is delay in filing application under Order ( Rule 7, then it can be dismissed, otherwise, must be allowed

Even just clear something. That why that petition got dismissal. In case, if exparty evidence made or decree may be passed. If anything like that mean just rush to file a petition under order 9 rule 13 along with your written statement.

What you mean for delay in filing mr.ganesan sir? Because while the suit is pending, before taken exparty evidence this petition should be filed at anytime.. Am i correct?
