Yes, probate of WILL is necessary in Delhi.

thx to all. but my concern is on 15th may there is one article wherein it is said that for registered will, probate is not necessary

15th may Nav Bharat times, on sunday one article maintains the view that registered will does not need probate in delhi. thx once again for such speedy response

It is always better for authenticity. Otherwise, who cares if there is no disputes or conflicts among the beneficiaries?
