a big property around 1 acre without document
since we are living about 40 years without proof before this property was converted to before 10 years and now From this city committe this case was hiring in court now

in court they are ordering to vacate the property please help we have our names in registration of that old khata

If you had been paying the taxes all these years,seek relief by filing petition in the competent court for a declaration.

you can defend your possession. raise a plea of adverse possession if permissible. Only a person having better title than you can evict you.

The author of the question has already mentioned that the city committee (Municipal Committee) has filed a case in the court and is insisting to vacate.

In this case, only some valid documents of registration and possession can help the occupants, as only the Municipal Committee has the better title over the property in the absence of any valid document.

However, you can check the revenue records maintained by the Tehsildar. If the records show mutation in the name of your ancestors, you can get a certified copy of the same and produce the same in the court in your favour.
