Within 1 month of marriage, wife died in a car accident.
Marriage is a registered one.

Who are the Dependants of the deceased and who can file Motor Accident Claim?

Husaband is the legal heir of the deceased wife.

My god real serious problem , the next heirs in line can file claim.

Parents, brothers, sisters of the deceased husband.

Only husband in the case of wife, having no children, can file a Moor Accident Claim.

However, if husband also dies dependent parents, brothers, & sisters can file the claim.
