illegal tresspass in agricultural land

I own my agriculture land at my native plane in maharashtra but few days back one of my neighebour is trying to ttracepass through the agriculture land trying to make the road out of the land owened by me kindly let me know what is immidetate legal action can be initated against these people so that they do not dear to do this kind of thiings again & I can protect the right of my own land.

File a suit for mandatory injunction and file an IA as not to make any road on your property.

YOU MAY FILE A CIVIL SUIT FOR INTERIM AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION. COURT WILL PASS APPROPRIATE ORDER AND PREVENT THE SAID PERSON FROM ENTERING YOUR AGRI.LAND.GOOD LUCK.

Yes,file a suit for mandatory and prohibitory injunction against trespsser and get restrained him from court not to carry out any construction work or make the road.

Thanks for the reply on my query is it advisiable to send any notice to the tracepasser befoer going ahead with the civil suit & inspite of the immedieate conjunction if still he is doing the tracepassing what is ultimate remedy.
